You can expect to feel deeply relaxed and rejuvenated after a session with Pamela. Her ability to listen deeply and connect compassionately with clients allows her to create a warm and safe environment that supports healing. She has a gift for intuitively locating and releasing energy blockages and muscular imbalances, thereby allowing stress and discomfort to melt away. She views the body-mind-spirit as a whole, rather than as a series of independent parts, and is able to mindfully tune in to the source of each imbalance rather than merely treating the symptoms. Working with thousands of clients since 2003 has enabled her to refine her style for maximum efficiency and lasting results.
After graduating high school from Schuylkill Haven, a small town in Pennsylvania, Pamela was eager to experience the world. She went on to receive a BA from NYU. While enjoying the excitement of life in The Big Apple, chronic low back pain often hampered her activities. She was delighted to discover yoga and the awareness that daily activities and lifestyle changes can most definitely affect one’s quality of life. This was the initial shift that ultimately led her to pursue a career in the healing arts. Several years later, a diagnosis of wheat sensitivity lead to the realization that food can harm or heal the body.
Pamela is a graduate of the 650 hour massage diploma program at The New Mexico Academy of Healing Arts in Santa Fe in 2003. She has been practicing therapeutic, Swedish massage and Reiki ever since. She has been a Reiki Master Teacher since 2008. Her passion for holistic health includes a devotion to daily self-care in the forms of yoga, meditation, and positive thinking as well as preparing super-food smoothies and other organic treats. Pamela truly believes that overall health stems from the root of body-mind-spirit integration, and this is reflected in her unique blend of bodywork. After two decades of living in the Southwest and California, she has returned to her home state of Pennsylvania to share her gift of healing touch.
