My masterpiece offering is a Reiki + coaching package. This is the distillation of all that I’ve learned on my decades- long spiritual healing journey, designed with one intention in mind: revealing the patterns that keep you stuck and dismantling them so that you can experience optimal health, happiness, creativity and freedom.
It’s a dissolving of all that is not you so your true essence can rise to surface. Very much like what happens to the caterpillar when it enters the cocoon and emerges as a butterfly.
I offer succinct, personalized coaching sessions for those who want to roll up their sleeves and do the inner work. Transformation requires us to make changes, often on an energetic level, in order to attract different experiences. Going straight to the root of the issue allows these changes to happen with greater ease and impact.
I combine Reiki with intuitive coaching to help smooth the way, remove blockages and resistance, and boost clarity, inspiration and motivation. I have a knack for sniffing out that which stands in the way and compassionately supporting folks to find solutions that align with their goals, values and preferences.
There are so many ways we can actively cultivate the lives we desire. Our culture values constant productivity and toxic busy-ness over well-being and rest, but there is another way. We might not often see it modeled, but it’s possible to break free of these unhealthy patterns and create a magical life.
Addressing unconscious beliefs, energetic imbalances, suppressed emotions, nervous system overload, unhealed trauma and neglect and misuse of our precious bodies can make a huge impact on overall health.
For nearly 30 years, I’ve been an explorer in the metaphysical and holistic healing realms and have collected dozens of techniques that are simple, safe, and effective.
Reiki + Coaching sessions are an hour long. Each appointment includes a coaching phone call. Then we hang up for the Reiki portion so you can relax and I can focus on connecting the healing energy to you and your goals. Investment is $150 per session.

This combo is not for everyone. It requires a fair amount of curiosity and courage and a willingness to admit what isn’t working instead of doubling down and doing more of what you’re already doing. It’s ok if you’re not up for that- most people aren’t! A traditional Reiki session would be a better option if that’s the case.
