This level one certification class is the beginning of a lifetime journey of cultivating wellness. Learn to tap into the limitless source of health and vitality that is always available, regardless of your external circumstances.
This workshop provides the information necessary to offer Reiki to friends, family, pets, and perhaps most importantly, yourself. Students receive individual attention and guidance as well as an attunement to open their energetic channels, class notes and a certificate. Material includes:
- Reiki 1 Attunement
- What Reiki is
- Physical, mental, emotional, spiritual uses
- A brief history of Usui-Tibetan Reiki
- How to do self-treatments
- How to do treatments for others
- Lots of practice time
- How to develop a self-care habit
- How to adapt a treatment for maximum efficacy, comfort and sustainability
- Plenty of time for your questions
Level 1 training is offered in five sessions lasting two hours each, allowing time in between for practice and integration. All classes are kept small, no more than six students, to promote connection.
Investment = $400.
Registration is required. This is an introductory class; no prerequisites or special skills are needed.
