This level one certification class is the beginning of a lifetime journey of cultivating wellness. Learn to tap into the limitless source of health and harmony that is always available, regardless of your circumstances.

This workshop provides the information necessary to offer Reiki to friends, family, pets, and perhaps most importantly, yourself. Students receive individual attention and guidance as well as an attunement to open their energetic channels, class notes and a certificate. Material includes:

• What is Reiki?
• The history of Usui/Tibetan Reiki
• Unique ideas of how to use Reiki for maximum efficacy
• Practice self-treatments
• Guidelines for treating others
• Plenty of time for your questions

Level 1 training is offered in four sessions lasting two hours each, allowing time in between for practice and integration. All classes are kept small, no more than ten students, to promote connection.
